Week 2

20110125, the second class of multimedia seminar. What a sad thing because this class is just once per week, anyhow, it's take 3 hours long for this class. It's quite tiring because before this class I got another class from 8am-11am. So I'm just can't really pay attention some moments. (just some moments! haha.)

Well, I would like to start blog about the lectures and my feelings for today's class. First of all, Encik Syamsul continued call the rest students from last week to give the audience a self introduction. So, this time my turn! Although all of the students in the class I knew before, but anyhow I feel so panic. I think I should improve my presentation skills and control my emotion, yea, I must take this seriously!

After that, Encik Syamsul told us one more time about the syllabus and explain details in each assignments we have to take part in later on. First assignment, work in pairs. I'm so hard to find one partner, Chin Ting Ting. I'm so appreciate that, I hope we can give each other good cooperation. And I will try my best on the assignment too. Assignment 1 is talking about an academic paper writing onto one of the titles that given by lecturer.

So, Encik Syamsul gave us 60 titles, and let the representative of each group to withdraw the title in the envelope on lecturer's hand. Our group's title is lucky number 5 which refer to"Penggunaan animasi dalam pendidikan". I hope we can do it well on the paper writing. The due date of 1st draft submission is set on 16th Feb, that is right after Chinese New Year.

And I'm so happy for one thing is, Encik Syamsul is a democratic leader. He let the crowd to choose what is the best way to put our marks in. We can freely give our opinions. Some students do not want any quizzes, some want to reduce the quantity of quizzes, and some want to eliminate quizzes and launch one more assignment(assignment 4). According to majority, we reduce one quiz of 4, and put the extra 5 marks in the assignment 1. So, friends, do hard on your assignment 1. Keep work hard!
