Last Class yet the memorable class^^


26th April is our last class for multimedia seminar~ I planned to back hometown earlier than that, however, I felt that the last class of seminar class will be meaningful for me, and I wanted to keep some memories with my beloved coursemates and lecturer, thus, I went to class 1st rather than back to hometown^^

So, today will have 4 persons to present their academic paper and blog, yet, just 3 persons presented there, I also wondering why. After that, En. Syam proceed to his last lectures of this class to us. He gave us a summarize and reflection of the overall feedback from the course, and also the pros we got from the assignments that given by En. Syam.

Today's class end faster than previous any classes, Ira be the representative for giving an cenderamata for En. Syam.


After that award session, actually class has ended, but all of us didn't want to get back yet, because we want to have a family photo with all of the coursemates and of coz the soul person - En. Syam.

19th April class

Ok, now i continue to talk about class of the week~ 19th class.
Today class will proceed to individual presentation that has been postponed by last week, so this week presenter? Refer to post below^^


However, due to the technical problem and time limitation, there a few of the presenters of today will be postponed to another day~

Another issue of the day~ we have to pay for the talk that compulsory attended by all BMM and BIT student which held on 23rd April, at seminar hall of FTM building.
 

12th April Class - Off day

Hi, today's lectures are bla bla bla bla bla...^^
Haha...there is nothing for today's class..coz, today is Off Day again~


According to the post that En. Syam posted in MM seminar closed group in facebook, so we got to know that, 12th class is cancelled.

En. Syam is real consideration because I think the class cancellation is due to the accident that happened recently during the course trip to KL. He wanted to let the students who got injured can rest more, and thus, the presentation on that day also be postponed.

Although no classes held on 12th but there is a talk that all last semester and internship students have to attend. And yea me too.

The talk is informing us something about the internship general information like, report writing, the due date of submition of report and so on.

The talk is short and dismissed after half an hour. That's all for the day of 12th, thank you~^^

3D Graphic & Computer Animation - DUDE (soft drinks advertisement)

It was a semester 3 subject,
TIV2023 GRAPHIC AND COMPUTER ANIMATION.
An opportunity given to learn 3D software named 
"3Ds max".
Basically in this paper,
we have learned how to use 3Ds max 
to model/ create 3D object, animate the 3D object, model environment, 
put in bone into character to make some movement which natural alike, 
change texture of objects' surface to look reality, 
and so on.  
Our final assignment of this subject was 
to develop any application with 3D animation.
We chose to develop an soft drinks advertisement
where the brand of soft drinks we named it as DUDE (self creation).

The synopsis of the storyline is about DUDE=friends.
The story starting with... ...
a guy was walking in a jungle late at night,
he was so scared because there is nobody around that area.
He started be afraid and suddenly he passed by a graveyard.
He saw many skeletons' hands were reaching out from the soil and waved with him.
There is no doubt, this frighten him up and he run to opposite way as fast as he could....
He found a bench and rest on it.
He felt thirsty and he took out a soft drinks (DUDE) from his backpack,
a little ghost saw that soft drinks and wanted to drink it as well.
Thus, the ghost flied out and drink together with him.
And finally a soft drinks make friends between ghost and human.
That's the powerful of this soft drinks - DUDE

Game Application - Maths Mania

This was a semester 4's subject, 
STIV3093 Game Application Development. 
We've learned to use software "Game Maker"  and "Adobe Flash" to develop 2D game.

Following was our subject's final group assignment.
Title is to develop an educational mobile game.

Our title of educational mobile game is mathematics based educational mobile game.
We named it as "Maths Mania".



Below are the screen shots of Maths Mania :

  •  Game-play: Interface where let player/ user to memories all the digits and location in the displayed six boxes.


  • Game-play: Interface where let player/user to answer maths equation by pressing the number on keyboard that represents the answer's location before the time is up. 


  •  Game-play: Interface where wrong answer has been chosen by player/ user, one life will be deducted and the correct answer will be shown up.


  •  Game-play: Interface where correct answer has been chosen by player/ user, 20 will be added on under "score" .


  •  Game-play: Interface where player/ user successfully answer at least one question, second level will be coming up next.


  • Game-play: Interface of 2nd level, more Maths equations been added in.


  • Game-play: Interface where player/ user finished playing the game, final score will be shown up as well.

 THE IMPLEMENTATION OF GAME

The interactivity of this game is player to game. This game is single player mode. Player will just interact with game and the platform. Maths mania has 3 levels. Difficulty will be increased as the level of game goes higher. Each level contains several types of Maths equations. At level 1, six boxes are ready, which means six questions will be coming up in that level. If player unable to answer the question in the within the time set, answer of that equation will then be shown up also. Player can advance to next level if he/she successfully answered at least one equation of Maths. When player successfully completed each level, an interface that displaying “CONGRATULATION AND WELCOME TO NEXT LEVEL” will be shown up. Appropriate music been added in to this game.

METHODOLOGY

       For the methodology that we use, we are using Garris et al for the games, motivation and learning on propose of input process output model for learning from game. The input component is consists of instructional content and game characteristic while process consist of game cycle. The game cycle are described as user behavior, system feedback, and user judgment. In the output, it consists of learning outcome to the user. By using this concept, the game cycle can be manipulated as iterative, which involve repeated judgment-behavior-feedback loops. With this game cycle, it can built and lead the player interest, enjoyment, involvement, and confidence in the content of the game.


CONCLUSION

       As a conclusion, it is not easy to develop games consist of others needs and interact people to play and buy our product. To get a better product, we have to learn from the beginning and doing some research for game. This game is specially developed to educate the youngsters to help develop their mind especially in creative or memories side. When they play the game, it will help their brain work very fast and easy to solve any problem. This game also is easy and simple to play in their age. Besides that, the game also offers some entertainment for the children that can be play in their leisure time.

Music Video - What Should I Do?



It is a Korean based music video, the song we chose is "What Should I Do?" 
I produced it when I was in semester 4. 
The subject that relevant to music video is STIV3043 TEKNOLOGI VIDEO DIGITAL
It's an interesting subject I've taken.

We've learned to use the software Adobe Premiere Pro
as a medium to edit video.
After taking this subject and producing a music video,
I've found that film editing is very important as it linked to the display of story flow smooth or not.

Multimedia World Explore 7th-8th April - Ep.3


After visiting Silver Ant Sdn. Bhd., we off to next station again~~ What?? I'm starving!!! Oh yeah~ we off to One Utama Shopping Mall to have our lunch for one hour~ Only one hour~ So we decide to eat something that can fulfill our tummy but very fast one~Before that, go toilet first, and take pixies thereXD


Taking excalator then looking for foooooooood~ Our tummy were all shouting out loud alreadyXD




Yeah! I target u Subway~ I missed it quite a long time~ hehehe~






after finish chilling out at One U, we continue our activity to cyber jaya to listen a talk~
After the seminar session, we moved to another side to visit the production team of producing the animation "bo boi boy"~


Lastly we took a group picture before end our activities for the world explore^^
